Order Placement And Pricing Terms



1.1 All use and purchases made on this Site are governed by these Terms although the Terms governing any given use or purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order or specific use. If you use or order products after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each use or order to ensure that you understand the precise Terms applicable to your Site visit or purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms were most recently updated.

1.2 We sell products only to end-users.

1.3 We will confirm your order that is placed directly by using the Site by message on the Site immediately after you have confirmed your order and by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us or mobile number you have provides to us.

1.4 Please note that the order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Subject to our cancellation rights, acceptance of your order and completion of the order will take place when we dispatch the products to you.

1.5 Before placing an order, you are advised to check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.


Product Pricing


2.1 The prices stated on the Site will be inclusive of any GST payable.

2.2 Each order you make may include a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order, the date and time of your delivery and any additional options you may pick.


Payment Options


3.1 Payment may be made by cash, debit card, credit card, internet banking and some wallets. You cannot pay for your order by cheque.

3.2 The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the Site on the date on which your order is placed. We do not save any data related to net banking, credit card, debit card, wallets etc. of any of our customers.

3.3 EMI or No-cost EMI option selected by you may involve some processing and interest charges. This will be a formal contract between you and the relevant service provider and is entered into at your sole discretion and we are a mere facilitator and not party to such contract.

Shipment of Products:

Domestic Shipping Policy

4.1 We arrange to Delivery in 7-10 days and this would be also specified on the delivery booking page on the Site and will be made to the address specified by you when you place an order on the Site. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.

4.2 Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of products (particularly products on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardizes availability for other customers.

4.3 We will always try to supply you with the full quantity and accurate product that you have ordered. In any event, subject to clause 7.1 below, our liability will be limited to the price of the products not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.

4.4 We take special care to endeavor that deliveries are made on time and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery day. We may ask that an appropriate person signs for the products on delivery.

4.5 Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late delivery. If that is the case, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we are able to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to a return of the price of products not delivered and the cost of delivery.

4.6 Should you fail to be present for your delivery (or in cases where the wrong address is provided) we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of product and the cost of delivery.

4.7 The confirmation e-mail you receive from us confirming your order will set out the last time that, you may amend your order prior to delivery.

4.8 You can change the address you have registered on the Site through the "Address Change" feature. This will not change the address for any orders where you have received our confirmation email.

International Shipping Policy:

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card or Bank company may bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders to worldwide are shipped via FedEx International Economy and DHL Services where it available to delivery to you. Your order will dispatch within 4-5 days after received and arrive 7-10 days after shipped.

When ordering outside of India, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Out of Stock Situations


Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the Site are available in stock for dispatch to You. However, in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you and give you the option for order cancellation in case of COD orders and refund in case of prepaid orders as per your convenience.


Product returns


6.1 We advise that you inspect the products promptly at the time of delivery and installation and notify us of any defects promptly. 6.2 To return any items that are damaged, defective or not as per your original order, you can refer to our Returns Policy.

6.3 All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in the same condition at the time of delivery, otherwise the same will not be taken back.

6.4 Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

6.5 Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

If any part of the provisions contained in these Terms is determined to be invalid, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
